Dear Note Broker or Real Estate Investor,

Divina Westerfield and I'm President

That's
my picture over there and

I worked with some of the top political consultants, like those that help run Presidential campaigns. I even served on the U.S. Presidential Inaugural Committee in 1989. And I raised money for my clients - such as Metrocall and Atlas Van Lines - in both private placement and public offerings, which represented BIG transactions.
- After having a child, I returned to Indiana where I built a respected litigation law firm, working for 12 years in the court system, and even serving as Judge Pro Tem (temporary judge) when requested.
- In 2003 I decided to put my effort "all in" and bet on real estate and moved to Florida. I'd held a real estate license both in Virginia and Indiana, but knew I wanted to invest full time, which I've done for the past 6 years.
- Since then I have bought and sold many millions of dollars worth of cash flow instruments (mortgages, annuities, structured settlements, etc.) and I've bought or I'm in joint venture with owners for over $6 Million of real estate - USING NONE OF MY OWN MONEY!!
Now, I'm no spring chicken or young upstart, being on the other side of 50 - frankly those young guys are great to watch, but do they really have the experience?
